CarJitsu Betting Guide (12/20 Event)
CarJitsu’s double elimination tournament features 8 hungry grapplers vying to be called the victor! Last week showcased 4 great bouts in the opening round with the money line favorites sweeping the betting board. This week we will see all competitors return for another night of action and the chance to continue the path to call themselves a Grand Prix Champion.
Jon Chambers vs Jeff Allan (Winner’s Bracket)
Chambers, a savvy veteran, is imaginative when applying subs and finding escapes when you least expect it. Allan, in his 2nd match, is an MMA competitor who will have a lot to overcome.
I expect Chambers to win in dominant fashion.
Steven Minski vs Vincent Bryan (Winner’s Bracket)
Undefeated records on the line. Minski is going to use his gamesmanship to match Bryan’s strength to keep it competitive. Expect a back-and-forth war that may go to Sudden Death.
I like Bryan to come out victorious.
Wes Drain vs Fletcher Estes (Loser’s Bracket)
Classic veteran versus newcomer matchup. Drain is a longtime MMA competitor who is as tough as nails and as experienced as they come. Estes will need to be a hammer to have a chance.
Although the underdog, I do like Estes to find a path to his first win.
Rodrigo “Mexicutioner” Contreras vs David Glassburner (Loser’s Bracket)
Mexicutioner seems to find a way to make everything he’s involved in wildly entertaining. Glassburner, dubbed “TEMU Zack Galifiankis”, will return determined to prove himself.
I have Glassburner earning a submission win.

CarJitsu 15: Grand Prix Part 1
Last weekend, PLN kicked off our CarJitsu Championship middleweight Grand Prix Part 1 Double Elimination Tournament. The 1st round featured 4 matches and a lot of sweat! Jeff Allan defeated Fletcher Estes in his debut and crafty veteran Jon Chambers was able to knock off MMA fighter Wes Drain. Also on the card, young phenom Vincent Bryan submitted SlapFIGHT fan favorite Mexicutioner, while the undefeated Steven Minski over powered newcomer David Glassburner. We saw Allan face Chambers and a showdown between undefeated grapplers with Bryan facing Minski in the semifinals of the winner’s brackets. Loser’s bracket had Drain versus Estes and Glassburner versus Mexicutioner with the opportunity to battle their way back to the Grand Prix Finals.
